1. Grab a flat bench and lay down on it with your feet hanging off one end.

2. Grab the bench above your head so that your elbows are point upward at the sides of your head.

3. As you keep your feet and knees together, lift your legs up until they are pointed straight up towards the ceiling.

4. Push your hips up off the bench, causing your butt to rise. Slowly lower your hips back down and repeat this movement for 10 to 14 reps.

The Plank Exercise

This is another great exercise due to the fact that it strengthens the abs and the back. To do this exercise the steps are:

1. Lie face down on a mat resting on your forearms. Keep your palms flat on the floor.

2. Push off the floor, raising up onto your toes and resting on the elbows.

3. Keep your back flat, in a straight line from head to heels.

4. Tilt your pelvis and contract your abdominals to prevent your rear end from sticking up in the air or drooping in the middle.

5. Hold for 20 to 60 seconds, lower and repeat for 4-6 reps.

This is a very subjective issue and if you have ever read a golf review before, you will have done so because you have an interest in golf and you are either researching the subject/sport for information or you are looking to buy a product and want some recommendation.

Often when considering a purchase, it can be quite daunting and confusing due to the generally large number of product options available from many sources. How do you actually know what a certain product is really like form a screen shot on your computer or from a glossy magazine. The product sellers are certainly biased to their own particular product for obvious reasons and we are all bombarded with information about every product available which again can be very confusing. The recommendations of friends and colleagues are often more useful but again usually contain some bias towards their particular favorites or needs. Product reviews are not without their own bias and of course there are good reviews which are well researched, unbiased and have integrity, just as there are product reviews that will not reach these high standards.
